Rome Art and Community Center's 2016 Jazz Concert Series begins on May 6 with Jeff Stockham's Jazz Horn Legacy Sextet. One of Upstate NY's first-call freelancers, he has backed up national acts, including Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney, Aretha Franklin and Harry Connick Jr., in addition to touring with Thelonius Monk Jr. and the George Gruntz Concert Jazz Band.
