He has managed closely held business sale transactions up to $20 million and is now an independent consultant on business purchase and sale, focusing on exit strategy and execution. He was Adjunct Professor of business and Director of the Mitchell College Center for Entrepreneurship, providing education and counseling programs to small business. Prior to that, he was Regional Director of the Connecticut Small Business Development Center at the University of Connecticut. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Lowell Technological Institute (now UMass Lowell), and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
