Description
The Alliance Octet will perform a free concert as part of Jervis Library's "Performances on the Porch" summer series, at 7 PM on Thursday evening July 28. On the program are Schubert's Octet for Winds and Dvorak's Serenade for Winds, Cello and Bass. Conducted by Jason Curley, the Alliance Octet makes a priority of programming tuneful, lively classical music that can be enjoyed by listeners of all ages. Bring a picnic supper and enjoy beautiful music of the masters on the lovely front lawn of our city's historic Jervis Library!
