Francis Manfredo, President of Operations at the Sotera Investigative Group will present and topics addressed for this program will be -defining workplace violence, -categories of workplace violence, -defining active shooter (AS) / aggressive deadly behavior (ADB), -cycles of an active shooter, indicators of someone exhibiting signs that they may commit an act of workplace violence, -identifying effective and appropriate reactions and responses to an AS/ADB in the workplace, -discussion on how to protect yourself before and during an incident of AS/ADB, -describe and discuss law enforcement responses and describe appropriate reactions and responses to an active shooter/aggressive deadly behavior in a workplace.
